How do you price discovery and scoping?
Discovery is typically $1,500–3,000 and takes 1–2 weeks. It includes interviews, tool audits, process mapping, and a priority list. If you proceed with the full engagement, discovery cost is credited toward the project.
What if scope changes during a project?
We price and approve all scope changes before starting work. Most adjustments are small refinements that don't impact budget. For larger changes, we'll provide a clear estimate and timeline impact before proceeding.
Do you work with specific tools or platforms?
We prefer to work with what you already have (QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and only recommend new tools when there’s a clear business case. We’re platform-agnostic and focus on getting systems to work together properly.
What happens if we're not satisfied with the results?
Each engagement has defined success metrics and milestone reviews. If we miss a milestone we control, we extend support at no cost until the milestone is met. We also provide 30-90 days of stability support on all projects.
Can we start with a smaller engagement and expand later?
Absolutely. Most clients start with one service package to solve the most urgent problem, then add a second package or monthly support once the foundation is in place.
